1. Enterprise Deployment Framework

Propeliq provides proprietary software manifests, quantized reasoning engines, and API bridge infrastructure for enterprise deployment. Deployments may occur within designated client cloud accounts (AWS, GCP, Azure) or customer-managed bare metal datacenters under an active Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. High-Availability Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

For enterprise production installations governed by an active SLA:

• Node Availability: Propeliq targets a 99.95% uptime availability across distributed reasoning clusters.
• Inference Latency Guarantee: Quantized inference kernels are engineered to maintain sub-15ms execution time for standard vectorized operational queries.
• Incident Response: Critical severity incidents (Class 1) receive live engineering response within 60 minutes, 24/7/365.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property Protections

Propeliq retains ownership of its core foundational compiler technologies, quantization mathematical kernels, and base model frameworks. The enterprise client retains exclusive, perpetual ownership of all proprietary data, industry domain fine-tuning weights, customer workflows, and synthesized outputs.

4. Warranties and Mathematical Verification

Propeliq warrants that all delivered platforms have passed automated test harnesses against adversarial evaluation datasets. While automated outputs reflect high statistical accuracy, final business decisions remain under the authoritative control and supervision of human enterprise operators.
